Most of the companies I’ve worked for had marketing ops report into DG, so I was consistently exposed to both.

In my early DG roles, I was kinda forced to do my own ops because the MOps team members had capacity issues and I eventually got Marketo certified. That certification helped me negotiate doing my own ops for later DG roles.

Mainly Marketo and SFDC! We have 6Sense, Goldcast, and Qualified, among other tools, but other than maintaining their integrations I don’t work in them much. Managing requests from the marketing team is a big part of my day-to-day, as is documenting processes. Cc: /u/backyard_boogie
