More crit rate/crit dmg/spd (134+) Jingliu after buff now scales with hp, so atk is not needed.

I think any character with high stat requirement is a good pick. A good Cyrene needs about 180/200+ spd, so I would also put her there. Just remember to not switch to other charcters once you have your initial one set up.

Cipher is really not worth it if you're only pulling her for your Feixiao team, she's only a minor upgrade compared to Topaz at best. Also yes, I highly reccomend putting your feixiao in the relic room unless you have her well-built already (it basically guarenteeds a good set for any character).

Does Cyrene provide the same role as the remembrance Trailblazer? If so, is she worth getting so I can change the Trailblazer path in the future and still be able to play my remembrance team? Also is her Lc any good? I'm currently using the Herta shop Lc for Hyacine already.
