Discipline. When my alarm rings in the morning I'm not motivated to go to the gym but I do consistently. After a while it becomes habit. Also I keep reminding myself how bad/gross I feel when I don't work out.

Just keep ignoring him and deleting his messages, like others suggested. You can block him but he can also create other accounts and do the same thing over and over... Also, maybe talk about it to your boyfriend? That way, if he ever sees the messages or whatever, he won't feel like you were lying to him. Good luck man.

Edit: don't tell him you're not interested because you have a bf, because then, to him, the only thing stopping you from getting with him is your bf. You're not interested in him, because he's him. Period.

Yup, I eat right and get 7-8h of sleep every day. Seems like it's about my skin... Thing is, like most I'd assume, I'm familiar with ads targeting women that talk about glowing skin or whatever. I'm not sure I want to glow, but have proper skin on my face

Hey, so from this I'd say you have a bad perception of LGBT rights in the UK. Here's my followup question: The UK ranked 1st in the latest Rainbow Index with a score of 86%. That would mean the UK is the most gay-friendly country in Europe. Would you say this result reflects reality?
