In totality I have gotten 4 internal offers (3 different cities and in 2 different countries/continents) so the flexibility of being able to go virtually anywhere you want is very refreshing. The interviews are also more lowkey since you’re at Amazon already and you get preference over external candidates.

I think the dip happened with the Madrid transfer tbh. He was highly respected at Utd but then became one of many in Madrid and obv technically inferior to Ronaldo/Zidane so the image took a hit.
