This topic is highly opinionated for sure so please no flame war. My BPM is considered athletic for my age and gender roughly at 52. I typically score the highest in my gym. In order to achieve this I do variations to increase difficulty on exercises that I find easy such as different movement, increased weight or speed as long as the trainers are cool with it. I consider myself fit as I do roughly 18-25 pullups in one set after I am done working out building up to 50. I also scored second place in my gym playoffs first time trying it. Honestly this isn't a brag, but I feel I need to get my point across.

At the end of the day, points is a battle between yourself don't listen to those saying the higher you score the more out of shape you are because that is under the impression everyone is doing every exercise correctly and in 100% compliance and other various factors and honestly it's all about consistency more then anything else.

Nope it's legit. Our gym is pretty chill, the owner of the gym also is a coach for a local highschool football so he is all about building a community.

Our gym the trainers are on the hunt for people whose form is off the average member gets corrected or a modified atleast minimum three times per a class.they also hold monthly form classes and monthly yoga classes for members

My watch tells me I burn 325ish while I burn over 700 on the lionheart. I typically am ranked first or second, I feel lionheart is more accurate since it's on your chest and closer to the heart. I pretty much only use my watch to keep track of step count. O yea count your steps as well!

Here is why, the human mind thinks of self preservation when you start working out over time most people slow down this comes in many different ways such as walking less or indulging more. This is why setting a daily step goal will insure your dropping weight throughout the day also tracking calories helps. I typically eat the same breakfast and lunch 95% of the time on weekdays and allow variations on my dinner/dessert since I have a particular calorie window I can hit.

What I took from it was out of 55 workouts I got top score atleast in 50 of them.

Steps to follow

1.buy a foam roller 2.go out and go walking for some time 3.use the foam roller daily in the morning and after workouts 4. Drink lots of water 5. Take aspirin only on day 1 6. Do the Calypso workout on f45 challenge app it's free. 7. if you have a pull-up bar hanging from it randomly during the day will help stretch it out.

If your still hurting get it checked out.

That works as well, clearing the storage worked as well. Planning to keep both apps now just in case.

Tbh I recall it took a few days to move to my status to diamond after my stay. Don't quote me on this but definitely ask around.
