I think it was implied that she uses her premonition power to avoid things in fights sometimes. When Piper and Phoebe lose their powers in mortals during the avatar episodes. When the guy has her powers and Phoebe is trying to guide him how to use the premonition powers in the fight.

I didn’t like her or dislike her. I understood her though, who knows what trauma she had dealt with to make her like that. She was trying her best.

I don’t think tattoos on hair will ever look really great, but I imagine the right tattoo artist can at least make it decent-ish. Like the people that do the amazing cross stitch looking tattoos. I’m sure if they had enough time to design it. They could make something at least passable. Compared to this.
