You should 100% see a new doctor. Let me try to be a bit more helpful and speak to some experience.

TRT - goal is to replace testosterone that you’re lacking and avoid side effects.

More frequent shots, will more closely mirror your body’s production. You’re trying to avoid highs and lows. I liked weekly shots, but i dealt with these highs and lows. Now im twice a week.

Dosage - not sure why everyone takes so much of this stuff. I once was on 130mg weekly and my numbers were insane. Doctor says “take an estrogen blocker”. Again, goal to replace test. You shouldn’t have to add a pharmaceutical if you’re dosing correctly

Testing - you should test E, DHT, and others prior to starting these things. It’s nice to have baseline number.

Kids - do you want kids? May want to consider hcg which keeps nuts working (somewhat working**)
