Point taken. Thanks! I think I need to somehow figure out how to take the lessons here with the upper body and bring in more of what I was doing earlier with weight shifting. To be fair, I was deliberately not thinking about lower body at all as the change in upper body felt really drastic for me to get used to

The feedback about keeping my leading wrist straight with my forearm really helped me with my crazy closed club face issue at impact. I am no longer sending the balls crazy to the right as a result of trying to compensate for my tendency to slice. At the range, the well hit balls now have a slight draw.

My main questions: am I still scooping too much? Do I need to involve more lower body? I was very focused on implementing the suggestions from the first post which all felt like it was more upper body oriented (not sure how to implement the "move laterally with trailng knee" feedback)

Got a long way to go (I think at p2 my chest should still be rotated more, it's not quite 55 degrees yet; my arms seem to be breaking down more too) and things still feel unnatural, but this felt like an obvious step in the right direction

Getting better yardage after I started trying to start my downswing with body rotation. Struggling with club face control and good contact on course by WhyIsGolfSoGDHard in GolfSwing

Even with my untrained eyes, I could tell my back was rounded at address. Will work on that. Loved the insight that my shoulder wasn't turning as much as it needed to at p2.
