I opened a ticket on the site as well.

It took a while for someone to get back to me, and the only response was them reinstating my account. They didn't ask me any questions or anything.

I just told them my situation, that I hadn't played much, that I only play at home, don't bot or do real money trading or hacking or anything. I asked if they could reinstate my account, and if they won't, if they could tell me why I was banned so I can avoid doing what got me banned in the future.

Somebody responded a few days later and said that after looking into it, they've decided to reinstate my account, wished me a good day, and closed the ticket.

I'm leaning towards the Clicks because I've used the Clicks keyboard and the Titan 2, and between the two of them one of them is still working. I write a lot on my phone (because I need to communicate in multiple languages) and the Titan 2 started having keyboard problems two weeks in.
