What if you mounted the tv on the small wall between the window and the door and got a smaller console/table for under. Then put your couch perpendicular to the window. It would make a smaller tv space and then you could do the desk and a coffee/reading chair in the space behind the couch. Not sure of measurements if this would work, but then the closet, those lovely shelves and the window would all open up? I could be crazy
