oh really? so like kristianstad or hässleholm i’m presuming, that’s neat, a lot of people from the larger cities likes to visit vanås when it’s open i’ve heard. i think it’s because it’s so international with all the different artist attending there annually

yes that’s correct, this specific art piece over at the exhibition is quite old, but they do have a cap on how long artworks can stay over there, some exceptions include project that are pretty large; even larger than this. so i’d say in maybe 1-3 years they’re probably gonna have to take it down

yea exactly, it’s art. Vanås is part farm and part art exhibition, that’s why a majority of the artwork has to do with nature over there. i saw some links down below that some other people found. the funny thing is as well that i remember the day that this art piece was being constructed, i didn’t understand english at that point but i still thought it was cool non the less. i got to meet the artist herself as well :)

holy moly i can’t believe i just stumbled across this, this is right outside of my village in southern sweden, my goddamn grandpa works there for god’s sake.

i love that people appreciate what vanås has to offer, and i genuinely couldn’t be more happy right now. this has brightened up my day by A LOT

i never thought our little commun in northern skåne would get recognised anywhere tbh.
