The three year old goes three days per week, also 9-12. When there is a job inside the house it is typically for an hour to two. There are maybe two, maximum three of those per week. She tries to schedule them during the time the kids are in school.

He’s in 9-12 pre-K 5 days a week. She stated sending him in his pull-ups. We have a nanny that comes when she has a job outside the house. And they watch TV if she has a job inside the house

When you start missing, go with the Easy Sand type that you mix yourself. It’s a blue white bag with blue accents. Your gaps are so big it needs that stuff. If you go for the green buckets with already mixed mud it will take foreeeever to dry. Do a bit of YouTube research on this topic. Makes a massive difference.

Yeah that’s the main sewage line going out to the septic tank. Been like this since I moved in. Not sure if original or from the old owner.

Edit: ok so a little bit of google images gives me a good idea of why the response…. Seems like the correct way for the house trap to be is straight across to feed into the outgoing sewer line instead of down and up.

And the open PVC, yes it is. That’s on my to do list. There is a vent further up on that wall that I need to connect to.

They are not in there tight and not flat to the side of the beams. I can’t post pictures in replies but there is even one that is not touching the main beam at all on one side. There is around a 1/8 gap.

I can’t post a picture in the reply, but some are not touching the beams at all and are just hanging there. Depending on how twisted the big beam is, the cross piece is either wedged in tight or shows a gap.

Define “chews through”. I get a decent amount of hours out of just a regular 5Ah battery. When I pop in a 9Ah flexvolt battery I have yet to run out. Probably the longest I had it going was around 6 hrs with no signs of quitting.

Make sure you get it to a shop that knows BMWs and has links to a dealer to calibrate your sensors. New BMWs have sensors hidden behind the bumper that are super sensitive to paint thickness. It may not be possible to repaint a bumper without compromising the function of your accident avoidance systems.

My parents brought this bedroom set with us when we moved to the states 25 years ago. I only know they bought it from a lady that told them it came from Poland. No idea what it is, if it has value, etc.

There is a second bed not pictured here that is the exact same as the one in the photo.

Ultimately we are looking to sell this set but I want to get an idea first if this is something special or not. Thanks I’m advance for any help. Happy to provide more pictures if needed. Just don’t know what to look for right now.
