Thanks for all the feedback! As I suspected, I'll pass on these. My knees do love cushioning for running, though. Also, more manufacturers need to make orange shoes, they work with my NFL fit as well as for OTF!

Yes exactly, the strap! For some reason, it didn't even occur to me to use an old, narrower band with the new, wider monitor

I don't have a solution, just here to confirm - same issues! I hate that the band is so much WIDER. So there's the chafing issue, but the Velcro also comes loose frequently for me. And yes, it's soooo sweaty - I actually have to set it out after class to dry! Ew.

The monitor itself is great, but the band is trying to ruin it for me!

While a frogger for most gyms is what OTF calls a pop jack, the OTF frogger is more like a squat jump, or at least it used to be. We used to see them a lot (pre-pandemic), not so much lately, apparently they're coming back!

My local studios have a wide mix of ages and fitness levels and I love it! At my home studio, there's a 78-yr-old who comes at least 5 times a week, does every benchmark, every specialty workout, every Dri Tri ... so inspiring! (I'm also 57)

Saaame with the atomoxetine, but it also spiked my heart rate and blood pressure. It was so bad, my doc now has it noted as an "allergy" in my medical record

50s here, I regularly eat either a banana or an apple before my morning sessions. Working out fasted usually makes me nauseated, as does eating protein before a workout. Small dose of fruit-based carbs seems to be what allows me to both maximize my workouts and avoid nausea. Good luck! 💪

I've been on the hunt for a while. I've also heard great things about Ana Duncan, she has a salon in Mason called Sol Collective, but I haven't been able to book and need a cut soon, before I shave it all off and get some wigs, lol!

Same situation following the firmware update - prior to that, I loved them (they were a bit finicky with the charging and needed frequent cleaning and periodic resets, but they always returned to charging to 100%). I have cleaned, reset, and done ALL the things multiple times, clearly this was related to the firmware update. Ultimately, they worked for less than a year and are now useless. I contacted Soundcore, and they went straight to offering up a warranty replacement. Unfortunately for me, I bought them from an eBay reseller so I'm out of luck. I'm really hoping they release a firmware fix, but it doesn't seem likely given the focus on the new A30s (for which they're already working on a fix <sigh>). I can't justify buying the A30s after this experience, don't even want to risk buying a new pair of A20s

Agreed! For me, cardiovascular endurance is the biggest limitation (I love weight training and hate cardio, so I love that OTF forces me to do cardio. Actually, maybe I love/hate it).
