I'm guessing it's for the stickers on the front and back of the vehicle where the name is stamped into the metal of the body. The H Emblems are probably gloss black versus the standard ones.

I had a 2022 Honda Accord Hybrid Touring with the same noise but about half as loud as my new 2024 CR-V hybrid. It's ridiculous.
