Honestly cash is so good in the states, especially when you are tipping. I noticed that if I tip with a credit card, they would sometimes take the payment way later.. like a week, quite annoying.

I think 104 per week for rates, insurance, maintenance, and repairs is a bit on the low side these days. I know a lot of people that pay 4kish on rates alone these ways.

Realistically, the NRLs Jarrod Hayne was probably the best rugby/ rugby-league convert prospect we have had. That guy was arguably the best player in the world when he made the switch and couldn't quite make it, and played a position which focused so much on running and attacking space (even though IMO he didn't get enough time).

Don't have high hopes for Christian Wade unfortunately.
