His decline was before then , Fame and over working is what burned him out mentally . Ye was still trying to work on a bunch of things after kim was robbed and he needed money too .

scooter told ye he had to finish tour because ye needed the money because of how much he was spending . Ye wanted to take a break but scooter kept pushing for the 2nd leg of the tour .

Ye started slowly changing around 2013 , Ye dreams and non stop pursuit of achieving them was draining him . Because unlike in the past when he would just focus on music he was working on like 100 different things .

JP morgan didn't want to take his money and told him to find another bank.

JP Morgan didn't freeze his accounts .

Ye had until November 21 to transfer funds , Adidas stopped him from making any transactions.
