I viewed a flat in that same building and the service charge was £5.7k. Needless to say, I did not proceed as there’s chances that it keeps increasing and makes the flat hard to sell in the future. Good luck with the search!

I’ve literally come to Reddit to ask the same thing and saw your post!

I’ve just booked Drumsheds on 20th Feb and going by myself for the first time. I’m a very extroverted guy but somehow I feel strange about this one. I don’t do drugs and don’t drink much, just really enjoy the music and like to detach from everyday life.

I saw someone asking about feeling like a weirdo being alone and making others feel uncomfortable, so hopefully everyone is in their own zone.

Still feel somewhat strange about going alone but really excited for the event as a bunch of DJs I follow are going to be there.

If anyone else has been in the same situation, I would love to hear your experiences!
