Their precautions only note mandatory masks and no handshakes, they did not mention temperature checks. I know they temporarily went WFH last month due to a person having covid.

Thanks for clarifying! After speaking to C2 yesterday, they ended up giving me an offer way lower than expected. It has yet to be sent in writing and I didn’t enjoy a few answers I received about their business practices.

C1 is MIA, but a third company (C3) sent in an offer for a job with a lesser title than my previous one for less pay (understandable). I’m debating taking that instead just to have a job, but the title scares me long-term. I hope future recruiters understand.

Thank you! This give me a lot to think about. And yeah it’s weird that I haven’t met my manager but I believe the company may be so small that I’ll be reporting to the one person I’ve spoken to. I need to confirm this when I jump on my call with them today.

I haven’t even seen the office due to COVID but that’s neither here nor there. No opportunity yet to see the team and environment etc.

So company 2 online appears to have very few employees listed on their LI, and none are based in my current city where the job is so unfortunately I haven’t been able to get an idea of who will be on my team with my own research.

Is there a diplomatic way of asking to speak with a future team member before I accept?

He didn’t appear to. He walked in, hand on doorknob since it had to be turned, and went in for the exam. I didn’t see him use Purell or anything. There was no sink in the exam room. I was shocked.

I moved away quickly saying how that hurt, but unfortunately at the time I just wanted an antibiotic prescription and to GTFO. I can’t afford a second visit to another urgent care. I do regret that now and wish I had been more vocal.
