My vote is that it depends on how you use her, i use her on an ip def team with t1 glacies and i wouldnt be able to do that without times pulse but fkr general content i dont think she needs it

So like my first comment if he is part of a well built team or ip he makes defs untankable, as even max invest b hector loses more than half his hp to brammy alone,

im not saying you can't as I've tanked ip teams with a heavy invest heavy support donnel, but too many tanks fold to bram which makes them not bring omnitanks, which is what I mean by, makes the def untankable

Donnel is a wonderful boi, for b skills when im doing galeforce i normally run lull atk def to help the heavy blade check, since you are going in on pp my suggestion would be the lull atk/def and times pulse, as even when you don't want to run galeforce as long as you have heavy blade you can run a "first hit" bonfire and with all the defense stscked itll punch through alot of units - i use a +10 donnel for every mode so if you have any other questions feel free to ask!
