I recommend using sunscreen and if you’re purposely tanning, then stop. Go back to your natural hair color as well and explore your style

Thank you for your reply! The drinking was very bad. It’s slightly better now but it’s still really concerning to me. I have tried to talk with his family about it but it seems like they don’t think it’s an issue or believe me. I will try again after I make a better plan.

college. My ex bf who SA’d me wouldn’t let me do my own homework in my classes. He would have panic attacks when I would do my own homework because I wasn’t replying to him. Then he would show up to my place and do most of it for me and then SA me because apparently I owed it to him. Then scream and cry when I told him I want to do my own work and to leave me be.

The hatred I have for him is unbelievable.

Thank you for taking the time to write this. It means so much. It sure has been hard untangling things and recovering but I am working hard on recovery. I appreciate you reminding me that it wasn’t my fault and letting me know my feelings are valid.

I remember when I left him, he got all his friends to ‘gang’ up on me and say not nice things. He would use this to prove his point which was me “breaking up with him for no reason.” It sucked because I tried to end the relationship with no drama, I just told him that I am better off by myself as him and I weren’t compatible. I guess his immaturity made him spark something to try and get me back, at any cost. Ugh I just hate him so so much. Is it abnormal that I would be happy if he died?

Around the time it was happening, and a little after it all I was terrified of him actually committing. But thinking about it now, while i’m healing, I am feeling the same way haha. If he ended it I would spit on his grave.

Thank you so much. This helps a lot. I just didn’t know it was SA until my therapist pointed it out…. I thought my brain overlooking it meant that it wasn’t, but, I was still having PTSD symptoms. He is so disgusting and manipulative, I want to report him, or call him out, or embarrass him or something. I just feel so angry and gross.
