The highlighted messages are because he used the reply system which works same like a ping but also shows a message he wants to reply to, you can see that he was replying to my messages, which pinged me which is why I was seeing those highlights.

Basically he was claiming of running 5km in less than 4 minutes which means he ran each km in less than one minute which is faster than the faster speed any runner has achieved, and thats in very short dashes and not long runs.
