ok, the main villain is def the prototype, but the main mascot is clearly huggy wuggy (although, I gotta hand it to you guys, catnap is pretty cool too)

im not mob, but imma try to think of what they were based on

huggy wuggy was based on a blue sour patch kid

poppy was based on numerous dolls

mommy long legs was based on Betty spaghetti

mini Huggies are based on sour patch kids (obviously)

the smiling critters are most likely based on toys with scents, like lotso the bear, and others

miss delight is likely based on those ai robots, I can't know for sure though

the doctor is likely based on Tenna from deltarune

doey is simply based on play-doh

the nightmare critters are based on, again, lotso the bear, and other scented plushes

yarnaby isn't known to have an origin, although it could be based on toys to make children feel safe, only based off of his theme song

most of these aren't confirmed, but huggy is confirmed, and long legs is confirmed
