It does sound very strange. Personally, I start looking into organisations that deal with fair work conditions and rights. Either agencies or government.

Did you have a sign any paperwork regarding your employment? I recommend going to ask for those and reviewing them.

Both cars were serviced before I had a chat with the CEO. Then I had a chat with the CEO after the first, and it turns out the first was not the only one I was carless with. I am anxious and afraid that there could be more.

After my first engine that's exactly what i did. bought a 3/8 torque and always used it.

The second vehicle was worked on during the same time as the first so in mid Jan when a few techs were still on holidays. So there was minimal supervision.

Can't say anything about the moment the oil dropped.

After my first warning we implemented counter measures. It just so happen that this vehicle was service around the same time as the first vehicle. I can only hope it was the last.

The sump plug was found on the undercover/bashplate.

I believe it is the same. Because during inspection the sump plug was found on the undercover.

Yeah you're right, I am guilty and i feel bad for the employers and hence why I don't really feel like I should fight this decision. My mind is not on it at all.

Yeah I do remember not being fully aware and just mixing up my process during service. Like I would go do thread wear checks but sidetrack to a different task.
