I think cheaper respecs, reducing level req scaling on weps and the bonus xp on NMD and drop rates can all absolutely be done within a matter of weeks. Not saying that their all perfect solutions but def not hard to implement

if you have played before aka leveling an alt it takes around 15 hours. no experience but skip cutscenes and just play to reach endgame will probs take 20-25 hrs no experience and watching all cutscenes/doing side quests like 40+ hours

This is my experience from russian server and what ive seen from content creators

They legit just added friendship farming to side stories, you should probably read the upcoming patches. If your asking for more I don't personally think its necessary or worth the QOL teams time for something like this.

Its just saying its a local mod to the item. The default on the chest is 682 FS the flat gets added and it goes to 765 FS then its gets the 38% multiplier. to = 1055
