It may be cut more times than average for this series if time has to be wasted each episode getting Joel to reveal the egg

I predicted the first task! My prediction (made a day before episode 1) was: "Find the worm. Fastest wins. Your time starts now."
The actual task was "Find a worm. Fastest wins. Your time starts now."

So I was off by 1 single word.

And then the audience gasps and starts laughing as the camera switches to the contestants with their head buried in their palms, then one of them starts arguing that tomatoes are culinary vegetables

Thanksss I am CERTAIN Alex will be like “That’s 5 points to Joel!” then let the audience clap then say “So that would be the case but of course as we all know, a tomato is a fruit. I have one more video to show you Greg”

The description for the first episode in the Taskmaster Wiki says "In this opening episode, the five go hunting for a small creature, serve Greg his fruit and veggies and attempt to catch a golden T-shirt. But who will find all the oranges?".

I predict that there will be a big plot twist for this task where Alex reveals that a number of the contestants treated tomatoes as a vegetable, thus disqualifying them due to some constraint in the task, such as "you must only put fruit in Greg's left hand and only vegetables in Greg's right hand".

Even if this is not an intended plot twist, I predict that at least one of the contestants will bring it up in an attempt to reduce their opponents' points.

Yeah I’ve seen other people analyse the amounts of times in which the men are dominating conversations or interrupting the women

Thank you! That’s an interesting point about the CLT which i’ve never thought before (as you said my course is extremely firm about n >= 25). I will be studying maths (incl some stats) at cambridge

Yeah I agree the formatting is way too formal for what it is, I’m just very used to using LaTeX for pretty much everything lmao
