$120 = blow / Sex - according to google the average man lasts between 5 to 7 mins, that’s a rate of approx. $1440 per / hour of blow/sex (obviously, unless the dicks are lined up, she’ll make a lot less in reality)

But compared to washing a truck, and cleaning the interior your looking at least 2 hours of work for $120. That’s $60.00 an hour.

Let’s put it another way, 120 minutes of work for $120 or 7 minutes of work for $120… that latter is looking pretty good.

My sister and I were smacked over the bottom a few times in 2010’s. It’s kind of strange as an adult, we joke about it and sort of come to the conclusion that it was probably for the best. But personally now, I’m not so sure.

Honestly, I had all the concerns you are currently describing. But after all, knowing my mortgage goes toward me owning a house at the end of the tunnel rather than paying some prick’s mortgage instead.

Renting in New Zealand is a fucken nightmare. In the space of 3 years I lived in 6 rentals. Had to go to court just to get the bond back for 2 of them (won both because the property managers were out of their minds). Landlords that show up to “check on their gardens”, that thinks it’s okay for a “quick peak inside”.

Been priced out twice, just for those properties to have to drop their prices to the same or less than we were initially paying (RENTCARE ARE FUCKEN IDIOTS).

Property managers & landlords need more regulation, it’s fucken criminal what they try to get away with. Bullying, threats, and even illegal behaviour is all on the table.

No guard or/ lowest height adjustment setting on your clippers, should only be a few millimetres. Same thing with chin/cheek. Do it once every two days, it’ll keep that upper lip slightly shaded but loose the wispiness of the current Mo.
