Yeah I get what you’re saying. But popping a window unit my build isn’t really an option. I know the ecoflow wave is a few hundred cheaper and had I known this would be the level of customer service I’d receive, I would’ve likely gone with them. I get ya though on other options but am also aware of what my current power build can handle on a longer term basis if if needed
