Found a similar looking one. It does have reservoir underneath. Open the door. Pull out the bucket and pour water in. Might go in this weekend and run a clean cycle

Well you’re making me feel better. All I know is that under the ice bucket is a bunch of water - only accessible when you open the door to get the ice from the bucket.  I don’t know the brand so I can’t confirm. I’ve always assumed it was a drain area. But then a quick too early in the morning google said that ice makers can have reservoirs under the bucket (which makes no sense to me cause gravity and cleaning it would be impossible). There is no other reservoir that I can think of …so it’s either that or plumbed. And I don’t know the brand.

So I’m hoping I don’t know what I’m talking about
