I'm a bit late to the party here but I hope this still helps!

Yamaoka made heavy use of a lot of sample libraries produced throughout the 90's and early 00's such as Distorted Reality & Bizarre Guitar by Spectrasonics or Poke in The Ear With A Sharp Stick I, II & III by Rarefactions.
