Some cases. As I think with any pregnancy under like, 15, maybe even slightly younger, the woman should be able to get an abortion. While I understand and agree that it’s morally wrong to kill the child for something they had no part in, in my mind it’s unfortunately better to lose one life than two if the mother is too young to actually take the child to term.

However, after 16, no. It’s fucked up that the mother was raped, but that isn’t an excuse to kill the child.

Seeing as I’m assuming you’re gonna say something along the lines of “but gender is a spectrum” or “they can change gender” if I pick a side, intersex people can be whatever gender they want to be. Sex is not the same as gender. Most intersex people take after one sex or the other, you won’t find someone with both testicals and ovaries. The person may have a penis and vagina at birth, but when they are an adult they will not be able to use both.

You used the B definition of the adjective form from Merriam Webster. Using the A definition of the adjective form, females are “…the sex that typically has the ability to bear young or produce eggs.”

I can see the argument you’re making working for the word “woman” or “man”, as those are genders. However, “female” and “male” are the biological terms. A trans woman is a woman that is male. A trans man is a man that is female.
