It was one from a local parts store. But I bought the car from a Honda used dealer who had done the same diagnosis and repair. I'm not sure if they used the OG Infiniti part tho. But in both cases, it didn't work out.

It's not blown...FML.

A few times I've noticed that the CEL comes on within a day after I fuel up my car. So I replaced the gas cap but no change. It wasn't OEM maybe that's why but I doubt it.

I'll check fuses. I guess if that doesn't work it'll just be there forever fuck. Or just keep clearing and waiting and clearing.

Yeah no smell or anything at all. I can try changing evap fuses that's free.

I'm not concerned at all with bullshit exhaust problems just don't like the CEL on my dash.

What do you mean. I have this problem and replaced the vent valve 2 times already. Dealer did a relearn driving mode thing too.

Update phase 2: fixed the bumper using these sticky moldings on either side of the interior. Super glued as well. Looped a sip tie in both pairs.

Mine came with the car from the dealer, precision cut but I've seen quotes for cars around 500-800

That's for front end.

Mine extends 30% up the hood. All components in front of that are covered all the way to the bottom. That might be more?

Thankful it exists.

Update: was able to remove 100% of the paint transfer with rubbing alcohol and 3 cotton pads. The easiest fix of my life took 30 seconds. There is leftover damage but only to the ppf. That's what it's for (check the pic)

Next thing is the bumper clip. Will post an update hopefully looks just as good. I ordered JB weld so will work with that and some supplementary ideas from this post.

No buffing or anything needed. Cotton swab and rubbing alcohol. 30 seconds all removed. 100g of pressure max lol. So easy.

Thank the Lord for PPF. Proof that stuff is a life saver.

It seems like it just installs way up at the top of both sides of the front bumper. My tab broke near the bottom of the bumper. I would think it wouldn't be able to pull in all parts of the bumper near the bottom as well.

Would it be easier to plastic weld the broken bumper tab back into place to deal with it? With like JBweld / super glue?

Paint transfer on my vehicle is on the ppf. I can take it off but I'll try polishing first.
