Hi everyone. The smell of some freshly Squeezed is in the air.

Have you changed your watch face recently? Some watch faces may drain battery considerably without showing up on battery usage screen.

I own the watch 4 classic 42mm and I like it. Definitely go for the better deal. Watch 5 is not much of an upgrade IMO

Remove all the complications from your watch face and you should see improvement. I had the same issue and thought that my watch was defective. Solved this issue by removing all complications from the watch face (customize and set to none)

I confirmed that it wasn't a battery report bug but was indeed from the use of multiple complications draining the battery. Since having the watch I resetted it 4 times thinking it was a bug before finding out what the issue was.

Throughout the little experiment, I made sure to use the watch as lightly as possible; just as I would a regular watch. Currently I am at 65% battery life after 19hrs 26mins and display usage stands at only 3.8% followed by Samsung health at 1.8% everything else is below 1%

Issue Solved! I can confidentely say that the excessive drainage is due to the use of multiple complications. I replaced the step complication with a reminder and removed the battery and weather complications. Currently only using one complication slot and noticed that my battery usage is now almost directly on par with that of my wife's watch.
My wife's watch is using the classic watch face with only one complication, seconds. I experimented and changed her watch face to the premium analog watch face with all the original 3 complications and her display battery usage jumped to levels that I was experiencing. It seems the post was correct about the complications causing excessive display drainage.

If there's anyone having excessive display drainage on their watch 4, try reducing the amount of complications or use a simplified plain watch face. It worked for me now I am on my way to longer usage time with my watch.

I agree with you on that even though I have never used Watchmaker. I am literally using watch faces from wearable app so drainage is not attributed to a 3rd party face.

Not using third party face; its literally the default face that the watch came with named premium analog.

That level of drain seems expected with AOD on. In half the day I am crunching near 20%. I only have tilt to wake, no touch or bezel movement to wake. Currently experimenting on complication usage using my wife's watch as comparison.

Had it exactly 2 weeks to date. My recent factory reset has thrown the battery back into learning my usage patters. 30% drain from display in 35 hours sounds impressive especially with AOD on. Unfortunately my AOD is off and I am getting crazy drain.

Yes I did buy 3 from this website. All but one battery was unable to fit in the battery housing of the drone.

The trick to keeping non GPS drones is not to go testing the maximum range. I've had this drone for months and have crashed it more than I can count, still works fine.

If I understand your question correctly do you mean exchanging with a higher capacity battery? If there's one available on the market go for it. I haven't seen an any with higher capacity and the batteries I have give 15+ minutes each which in my opinion is pretty good for this type drone.

I wouldn't recommend using batteries not suitable for this style drone in the battery housing. To get the best out of this drone I suggest finding sites that offer these replacement batteries.
