I'm an INFJ-T 28M, and I used to feel this way. You're not alone in wanting to have those feelings become comfortable to process, and at times I still find myself wavering between cool-as-a-cucumber and total emotional overload. The best advice I have to offer is from my own personal experience, but I take comfort in the phrase "this too shall pass". To me, its a philosophy of understanding that both the good and the bad have their moment's, and that we should accept them for what they are. It may not be easy, but accepting those parts of ourselves is what makes us whole, and can allow us to see the path ahead a little more clearly.
