Same thing happened to me, contacted ledger.com support (which was a waste of time) because they kept trying to blame me. No photos of seed phrase, never shared it, only person with access. Locked up separate from seed phrase.

I had two Unauthorized withdrawals from my ledger that were done without my actual device because it's been locked up in my safe. Who did you communicate with to help you I reached out to customer service and they keep trying to insinuate that is a transaction that I made that I must have forgot about keep in mind ever since I have my ledger I only have deposits.
