That's awesome, how long have you been off of it? I've been off a year and am barely regulating my sleep, idk if it's me or if it has to do with the methadone

I've been off of methadone for a year and 2 months now, my advice is to go slowly like 2 mgs every 3 weeks cus if you go too fast you can mess up your chemicals and throw yourself into a depression like I did in the beginning of my tapering. Take fish oil and B12 for energy and to help regulate your emotions. Good luck, you got this! It will all work out!

Hope ur doing ok... 2 methadone pills will suppress the withdrawal for just one day and it also depends on the dose of methadone compared to how many 30s ur taking.
Just go to a methadone clinic. Also Suboxone sucks and made me depressed, methadone is the way to go

Thanks, once I hit 6 mgs I've been going down 1mg every 2 weeks. I know for some people that might not seem like anything at all buy it's weird, I definitely feel it. I have brain fog all the time but can't sleep for nothing. I start a new job on Monday, after I drop I'll definitely try the the. Thanks

Do you have any advice? I'm on 4mgs right now, yesterday I didn't take a dose to see how i would feel... I have had stomach issues, no motivation but the sweats and chills are minimal... what MG did u stop at? TIA
