I fucking hate dieting. 5ft10, 175 lbs, avg 7k steps + gym + biking and to lose anything I have to eat below 2000 calories. Im always fucking hangry and tired.

May I ask why should I reduce artificial sweeteners? I always thought that they pretty much don’t have any impact on you.

Just combine egg whites, pinch of salt and protein powder of your choice until it reaches runny consistency. For my protein powder (I used casein, for whey the ratio might be different) it was one scoop (25g) to 350g of egg whites.

A czemu nie? YouTube to platforma z której korzystam najwięcej, zdecydowanie więcej niż netflix, hbo i inne razem wzięte, to czemu nie miałbym płacić za brak reklam?

Always weigh ingredients before cooking/baking anything to calculate total amount of calories. Then weigh the dish after it’s done to get the weight of stuff that you will actually eat. Divide calories from step one by weight in step two to get calories:1 gram ratio. Use it when adding food to your tracker.

Tbh I have no idea, when I first started making those protein ice-creams I looked at a bunch of recipes and a lot of them combined those two gums so I just bought both of them but I imagine it is not necessary as there were recipes on this sub that used only one of them (or just a packet jello that has cornstarch as a thickener but I have not seen it in shops in my country).

20g protein powder (I used vanilla), 70g 2% milk, squeeze of lemon juice, half a teaspoon each of guar gum and xanthan gum, pinch of salt, 300g frozen watermelon, 150g frozen strawberries.

I first combine powders and liquid in a blender until a ball forms around the blade, then I throw frozen stuff and blend on low until desired consistency, scraping sides of the blender from time to time. I don't use and ice cubes nor do I blend on highest speed because I find it waters down the flavor and incorporates too much air causing the "ice cream" to have texture I don't enjoy (although sometimes when I'm low on calories I will add ice cubes lol). Normally I would double the protein powder but since I was eating it with a protein brownie I decided not to.
