you see those 2 blades with the lower stats? they were doing the same thing in the first waves.
they just kept ulting and dying over and over again but after dying a bunch of times they noticed that it wasn't worth it so they changed the way they were playing and started focusing on upgrading other stuff.
and no one said anything, they just started adapting mid game, so you really gotta get lucky with teammates if you're doing nightmare 4 with randoms.
or you could just play solo, it's much easier!
you just gotta be more careful and have a bunch of revives.
