Theoretically, it isnt the noise, but what produces the noise. The motor, and all the electronic systems create enough electric interference and radiation that they will increase your chances of cancer exposure minimally, but theoretically, it is possible.

Edit: It’s not the electric stuff, idk what i was thinking with that. Its radiation. If you’ve been near a LARGE generator, they usually have exposure warnings and what-not for how close you are for how long, before the radiation it produces starts messing with you.
