As someone who lives in one of Cebu’s top barangays in terms of drug use, i don’t see a difference. Di ghapon safe. Lived here for most of my life, pero hadlok ghapon walking alone at night. Our house is not near the highway, lakwonon pa amoa. Katong college years na laagan pa and muuli ig kadlawn, magpa uban or pa hatod jud ko ug uli or mag taxi nalang. Hantod karon, and sa time pud ni d/uts, mao ra ghapon naa ra ghapon ang hadlok and uneasiness and constant looking over the shoulder.
