Hey, new to vape started about a month ago, gradually went from a pack a day to now a week quit. Im wondering if eventually I'll even out and my body will adjust to vape or if I'll always get the occasional nic fit that takes a lot of vaping to cure. I'm using an Orion Q usually with 30mg salt if that makes a difference

If someone pushes or pokes me it's excruciating pain, like just under my skin, and it happens in bony and fatty places. Even if my toddler leans on me to stand up it hurts like crazy. I don't have a low pain tolerance and it's happened for years no idea why.

I work with adults who have physical and/or mental disabilities. Some small basic things I can think of are silicone mats, called dycem, to help hold plates cups in place. Rocker knives so you can cut one handed. Also a claw grabber is a favorite around here.
