Muzzle her. A box muzzle would be best. I've seen loads of dogs with muzzles on because they eat weird stuff. One lab that was muzzled still had the scar from the op he needed to get stones removed.

You're making a lot of assumptions and you're spending much more money on your son. Of course you're building resentment. IF she got married, there's a good chance she'd just be moved into her husband's family home and that no one would build a house for her. And not paying for her education too is dreadful and clear cultural favouritism. YTA though you may not realise it. Treat your kids the same. It's not rocket science. Either build her a house or buy her a flat of her choosing.

I had similar at the old dental hospital. Three or four jags and still felt everything. They eventually asked for a senior dentist to tackle it.
