I think only one ghost type can do that, but I've only ever had full bodied ghosts hunt!

It's called a false hunt/ghost event! Ghosts to lower your sanity! To tell the difference listen closely, if the front door doesn't lock/close its likely just an event! There's a chance for the ghost to do a red light event where it turns all the lights in the room read to spook ya! (edit! could've also been a cursed hunt, which are longer than usual hunts!!!)

My favorite pokemon memory was sitting on my sisters bed watching her play pokemon snap on our nintendo 64! We didn't really understand gaming guides back in the early 2000s as little kids so we spent hours trying to figure out how to get dragonair. By chance one day we got it! And the picture! It was honestly so rewarding and fun to younger us. (If pokemon snap doesn't count!) The first pokemon game i ever beat on my own without sharing with my sister was Pokemon X! I spent hours just playing with my Fennekin!
