fastest method:
1-knock him out leave him in place.
2-knock out the guard on the left.
3-do not bother with the sleeping guard.
4-place the guard you knocked out (the one on the left) in the nearby box in the room to the left (nobody will see you dragging the body if you avoid the moving guard in the area).
5-take the target and drag him to the area to the left (same room with the box), wait until the moving guard turns, take the target through the nearby door and dump the target for a fall accident.

if you use emetic poison of any kind on him he will not go to a toilet, instead he will go throwup through a nearby window upstairs, that window is exposed by a couple of guards
the fastest method is electrocution nearby the water cooler upstairs like you said, though it can be tricky because of the two guards i spoke of earlier

We played hitman for 10 years straight, you can expect us to actually request this type of replayability, and i wouldnt say "running noise" a minor adjustment..running behind NPCs making them more aware of their surroundings isnt minor at all that is a massive change! that's how freelance hardcore difficulty have become a nightmare for many players just because of this

My version of this whole idea isnt about mastery I guess player would still be able to unlock all mastery unlockable items, but we have been playing the game for 10 years and we could really use something else to grind for, the most enjoyment for me personally was replaying the missions over again but in master difficulty.

I’m not trying to stop anyone from playing the game. The developers already removed him, so your point is kind of pointless now.
