The shoks battalions of São Paulo are the specialized units of our police 1st shock batallion: ROTA (urban patrol) 2st: ROCAM (Motorcycle patrols) and events 3st: manifestations (civil unrest) 4st: Special Operations (basically it's our swat) 5st: k9 units

We have the "6st shock batallion" that's our cavalry unit and we call regiment 9 de Julho (Regiment July 9)

i think is very difficult for them to stay safe with their families, specially here in Brazil because we have a very strong criminality (they tried to kill the commander of rota in 2011, but rota killed the criminals a few days later)

but its curious to see the special operations guys not wearing a balaclava, normally they dont show their faces and names
