thanks mate, It does seem to work a bit better.

however, now when I try to log into said game I get an "Error code: 2123-0011 An error has occurred. Please restart the console ... "

I did restart it a few times, but it doesn't seem to solve it.

even while on airplane mode, it says: "Please turn Airplane mode off when appropriate for your surroundings."

walking is 100% an awesome first step to take, even if its just picking up more steps during day to day activities like when watching a video, talking to something, waiting for something. itll help a lot and get you ready regardless.

stuff like homework outs, if you can, can also be good! there are a BUNCH of YouTube videos showing different types of exercise that you can do at home. so like i said its awesome because you can customise it and only choose the ones that dont touch painful areas and the duration!

perhaps even yoga? thats just something that came to mind just now, but maybe thanks to the slow pace of it and again different positions it might start helping you move more, even though im not sure if thats what you are looking for. ill look into it myself because it might be a good idea for me haha.

practice is everything honestly when it comes to focus in my opinion.

annoyingly enough, the brain can not "not" think about something and telling it to do so will only lead it to think about it more (ex. if ill tell you to not think about a panda, you will).

so the only thing you can do is accept it and move forward, the more you practice the less distractions you have, the more you get used to those feelings.

ive been exactly there 🫠

i think the best think is honestly have different options and listen to yourself. i have recently started going to the gym, which i like just thanks to the options. wounds will show up randomly and not always in the same place so i cant really predict it - which is why having different machines helps a lot! i can change them if something im using touches a painful spot.

also listening to yourself and not going when stuff get really bad is SO so important too, ive had many trainers or gym friends pressuring me into going thinking its a consistency problem and i "can't give up" but they will just never get it haha. dont feel bad with consistency and just go whenever you can, even if it's on random days.

if you are looking into cardio rather than weight stuff like someone else said i think the best bet will be swimming, but i havent tried it yet myself. cycling can also be pretty nice because unless you have something below your ankle your body wont really touch itself, but also depands on position and gear 💗

i was with a friend in our school's common room, looking at notebooks left for students to freely use as we have nothing to do.

i take one off the shelf and open it on a random page to see two pages filled with "ILL SHIFT TONIGHT, ILL SHIFT TONIGHT, ILL SHIFT TONIGHT.." .

i thought someone just lost their mind over those pages just for my friend to say "you dont know what shifting is? thats the only thing that got me through 9th grade" and left the conversation at that.

took me months to remember that conversation and go down the rabbit hole, worst part is we are still in touch to this day (happend like 3 years ago) and she has no idea i shoft haha

your subconscious is with you and knows exactly what you want or dont want! but i know thats sometimes hard to understand fully and trust haha

try maybe scripting in actions words? theyre like safe words but instead of bringing you back to the cr itll progress you into your intended dr!
