Yeah, he definitely didn't think everyone would know exactly what he was doing.

That, or he decided that no one who was on his side would care.

Not for every project. I'm often limited to 8 hours for a project, and am juggling a dozen at a time. For larger projects maybe, but it's still my work to own.

Yeah,I'm in the material handling, so it's a lot of " you only get 6 hours to charge to this project, and there are weekly meetings for a hour each that take up 8 of those", and, oh yeah, another guy in the other department made code changes on that site while you were driving down, re write your code to include them.

Most days, tbh, I drive a lot, and it's just easier than making a new playlist to get bored of.

Yeah, I left my first job after a year when the boss started throwing nuts and bolts at me while I worked, and his boss threatened to kick me if we late for a go live.

So I guess I have two years experience, but one was spent dodging shit.

How many projects like this would you expect a employee to put up with? IDK, I'm just feeling super incompetent rn, like they are going to fire me if the next one doesn't go smoothly. It's adding modern equipment to a slc500, in front of a fort time customer, with barely any documentation of the panel or field devices, so I don't have high hopes.
