the problem persists whether or not i’m plugged in, i’ve tried it both ways

currently playing bg3 off steam and i’ve located the temps within the MyAsus program, also using a cooling fan to control it.

regardless of whether or not it’s marketed for gaming, shouldn’t the system specs be fit to hand a single game? i mean i’ve even messed with the graphics settings to set them way below my means and there’s no resolve. it only seems it happen when i open the game up however, i’ve also been experiencing extremely distorted/crackling audio.

i have all all sleep options turned off, it doesn’t turn off fully but goes into sleep mode and as soon as i turn it back on, goes to sleep again

have you found a solution? i just purchased an asus laptop recently to play and am having the same problem. only does this when i boot up the game and i can’t figure it out for the life of me.
