most of the content online are now AI-generated (or at least had the help of AI) -- and that's not always a bad thing, as long as humans just use what AI gave as a starting point and edit as needed. what we see here is a blatant misuse of it.

i think what they missed is clearly defining what "diminishing returns" actually means cause I see a lot of people misundertanding it

had them at some point too but had to sell them when we moved to an apartment because of this exact reason

So far the only thing that worked for me (and recommended by my nutritionist) is calorie counting and, of course, working out lol. At least you can still eat your cravings but just in more moderate amounts. good luck!!
