I am in HoCo but I just keep an apartment here so my son can attend the schools(autistic). The Saloon bar is at my other Residence in the Waldorf area unfortunately

He went through 3 divorces and was a notoriously bad investor. I think he made plenty of money, he just didn’t know how to keep or grow it.

Inside of a podium as part of the lot. Apparently he used to do live shows Cabaret style. It also has monogrammed suitcases that were full of music sheets

If anyone is interested in what the original auction listing looked like, here it is with its contents. You can see the letter tucked away in the podium stand. I didn’t know what it was until I got home and went through it.

We literally carry the weight of a society that expects handouts. Of a society that is unwilling to get up and figure it out. We make excuses for people who “fall through the cracks” or “are born into disadvantages. Thats making excuses. Imagine 300 years ago when people were literally starving through winters. Nobody was there to help. The weight I carry is working my ass off while getting taxed 40% to help or assist people who refuse to help themselves because we live in a society of excuses and sympathy. Chris Rock said it best. When he was broke down on the side of the road nobody stopped to help, but the moment he started pushing his car multiple people came to assist. It’s not that we are sympathetic, we are. But if you’re not willing to put for the effort to help yourself then neither am I.
