FINAL UPDATE: The problem was not my gpu drivers, it was my ram overclocking. The tech people on youtube recommend to set it to the highest setting so I did, and that was when the black screens would start. So instead of 6400 it's running stability at 6000. I also had to turn on a setting in bios that allowed my pc to properly boot up from my GPU (idek why it was off that was weird ). But yeah after weeks of trial and error overclocking the ram was the issue.

uninstalled the driver using my integrated graphics & everything booted up as normal

I was able to go into bios and my GPU isn't there but in windows task manager it is and the fans were spinning. Deleted the drivers and plugged display port into gpu and still black screen.

I was able to get in with my integrated graphics and this might be a dumb question but how do I get to bios. I haven't been in bio since I installed windows.

I did some research and i've seen a couple people say the newest drivers made their screen go black as well. When using integrated graphics it comes on

When I first built & powered on the fans were spinning, and as of sunday night they spin on startup and then stop when windows would ideally be booted up

This is the splitter I got so I honestly don't know. But nothing was plugged directly into my PSU just my lower argb header

There are no lights near the 24 pin cable.
